The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Lahontan National Fish Hatchery (NFH) needs annual maintenance for the chiller and SMARDT Control system in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: This award will be for one base year with an option of 4 follow on years per FAR 52.217-9 Option to extend the term of the contract. Base Year: October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024 Option Year 1: October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025 Option Year 2: October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026 Option Year 3: October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027 Option Year 4: October 1, 2027 - September 30, 2028 The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Capabilities statement and 3 years past performance in chiller/HVAC Maintenance. 2. Current SMARDT Certification of technicians, 3. Cost to the government.
