The Northern Alaska Fish and Wildlife Field Office (NAFWFO) seeks a contractor to provide logistical support including assistance with weir installation and removal for the East Fork Andreafsky River weir in accordance with the attached statement of work. Period of Performance: Date of award - June 30, 2024 The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the government. Technical evaluations will be based on 1. Contractor's experience and knowledge in weir construction, 2. Availability of the contractors in the time frame, 3. Cost to the government. Please provide a capabilities statement asserting that you have at least 2 years experience in providing the labor and logistics for this type of project. All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract and will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
