This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for a janitorial service contract for the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, California Nevada Fish Health Center, located at the Coleman National Fish Health Center in Anderson, California in accordance with the attached statement of work. Period of Performance: This award will be for one base year with an option of 4 follow on years per FAR 52.217-9 Option to extend the term of the contract. Base Year: June 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024. Option Year 1: June 1, 2024 - May 31, 2025 Option Year 2: June 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026 Option Year 3: June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027 Option Year 4: June 1, 2027 - May 31, 2028 The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical basis of award will be the following: 1. Incumbent custodial firm that must have at least 2 years janitorial experience in Anderson, CA or Shasta County. 2. Workers must be identified prior to period of performance and have 2 years janitorial experience. 3. Firm must be capable of providing a technical manager or project manager. Technical Acceptability: Price will be evaluated for price reasonableness, realism, and fairness. All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
