This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140FS123Q0077 which replaces the previous solicitation 140FS123Q0060. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Kootenai, NWR, has a requirement for rental of paddle wheel scraper and excavator for wetland improvement project at Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge per attached statement of work. Period of Performance: 8/14/2023 - 10/1/2023 The basis for award is lowest price technically acceptable. All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The source selection will be based on technical capabilities, past performance, and price. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
