MT-CHARLES M RUSSELL NWR-FENCE
The US Fish and Wildlife Service requires replacement of boundary and interior fencing at the Bobcat Creek Habitat Management Unit within the Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge in McCone and Garfield Counties, Montana, near Fort Peck. The project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000, with a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract to be awarded on a Best Value basis considering price, technical approach, and relevant experience. This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside, and only quotes from small business concerns will be considered. Performance of services will take place at the Bobcat Point location near Fort Peck, MT. A site visit is encouraged and can be scheduled per the solicitation instructions.
