The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Rehabilitate Fish Hatchery Road located at Ennis National Fish Hatchery in Ennis, Madison County, MT. This procurement action is being solicited as a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 237310, with a size standard of $45.0M. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15 The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. Evaluation of interested firms will be based on the following in the Solicitation: LPTA 1) Factor 1 - Price 2) Factor 2 - Past Experience 3) Factor 3 - Resume for On-Site Supervisor. Must have experience on at least 3 projects of similar construction and complexity within the past 5 years. The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1449), Statement of Work and other attachments as required. Documents will be posted to https://www.SAM.gov on or about 4/18/2025. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this requirement. The SAM website can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
