All work will be accomplished in accordance with the specifications. This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside In accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The NAICS Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Small Business Size Standard $45.0 million dollars This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36 Construction and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects (c) Between $250,000 and $500,000.00. This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued.
