The quote deadline is also extended to 9/2/2025. ***************************** The US Fish and Wildlife Service Erwin National Fish Hatchery located in Unicoi County, Tennessee, has a requirement for rehabilitation of federal hatchery road and parking areas. The project consists of the milling (partial removal of deteriorated roadway surface), repair of underlying cracks, overlay (resurfacing with new asphalt), and seal coat (protective surface layer) application over approximately 4,000 square yards of roadway and parking lots.
