The United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) requires professional architect-engineer services for the design and preparation of construction plans and specifications, and specified Construction Management services, for designated portions of the Headquarters, Visitor Center, and Maintenance Facilities at the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge. Overall project objective is to consolidate, modernize, improve and upgrade the facilities and infrastructure at the HQ/VC site of Bosque del Apache NWR (BdA) by demolition, reconstruction, and renovation.
