The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Big Branch Marsh National Wildlife Refuge is seeking Design-Build construction services to replace a sewage treatment plant on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain between Slidell and Mandeville, LA, located in St Tammany County. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Best Value. The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about August 8, 2024. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 237110 ¿ Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction and the size standard is $45.0 million. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The work will commence within 10 days of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by April 3, 2025.
