This opportunity is only available to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) Construction Team, has a requirement for the following: The Kenai NWR has 37 outhouses that are in need of rehabilitation and repairs throughout the Kenai NWR. The Work includes: Demolition of existing Metal framed, metal doors, install of new primed metal doors and hardware, paint with two coats of paint. At three (3) vault toilets, ADA handicap access shall be implemented. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Low Price. The complete Solicitation, Statement of Work and all applicable attachments, will be posted to https://sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about April 18, 2024 under Solicitation Reference number 140FGA24Q0008. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will also be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 238120 - Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors and the size standard is $19 million. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed by the agreed upon date at the time of award.
