This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Wichita Mountain National Wildlife Refuge is seeking replacement of an existing HVAC heat pump, energy recovery equipment, water piping, and water pumps located at the Visitor’s Center in Indiahoma, OK, located in Comanche County. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Best Value. The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about June 22, 2023. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $19 million. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 300 days after award.
