WA-DUNGENESS NWR-HEADQUARTERS PAINTING
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for exterior surface preparation and painting of a building at the Washington Maritime National Wildlife Refuge Complex in Sequim, WA. The performance period is from June 1, 2026, to August 1, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside, and the contract will be a firm-fixed-price award based on technical approach, past performance, and price. Due to the project's magnitude, both payment and performance bonds will be required. Offerors must demonstrate relevant past experience and appropriate state licensing.
