This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Yukon Flats NWR, AK has a requirement for demolition services located at Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge in Beaver, Alaska. The performance period is 730 calendar days. The NAICS code is 238910 and the small business size standard is $19M. Instructions All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), see technical acceptability requirement below. The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote, meeting the technical acceptability requirement, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Technical Acceptability: Vendor must have successfully completed two similar projects in terms of price, complexity, and scope. Similar complexity and scope are defined as a project of similar scale such as a multi building complex. Contractor must submit documentation of applicable technical acceptability with their quote. Summary: The USFWS is anticipating the solicitation and award of one firm fixed price contract for demolition and proper disposal of buildings and utilities associated with the Old BIA School in Beaver, Alaska The primary NAICS code for this acquisition will be 238910— Site Preparation Contractors and the size standard is $16.5 Million.
