Solicitation Number: 140FC324R0002 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Synopsis: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to www.sam.gov. This procurement action is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 237110, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36.3 Two-Phase Design-Build Selection procedures and FAR Part 15. This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. Evaluation of interested firms will be based on the following in the Solicitation: 1) Technical Capability 2) Past Experience 3) Past Performance 4) Technical Approach 5) Price The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1442), Statement of Work and other attachments as required.
