56--IA-PORT LOUISA NWR-BOAT RAMP REPAIR PROJ
This project involves removing and replacing the existing concrete boat ramp at the Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge to repair a damaged and degraded public access point to the Mississippi River. The work is necessary because low river levels are accelerating concrete degradation, creating a property hazard that currently requires weekly monitoring. A site visit is scheduled for March 11, 2026, and interested contractors must register via email or phone no later than 24 hours prior. Questions must be submitted by March 12, 2026. The location for the performance of services is the Louisa Division of the Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge.
