A site visit is scheduled on Friday December 12, 2025, at 1000 local time. To participate, the vendor shall email the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov no later than December 11, 2025, at 1000 Central Time. The Government may cancel the scheduled visit if no email requests are submitted. Questions will not be answered during the site visit. Questions related to this solicitation are due by Tuesday December 16, 2025, at 1000 Central Time. ALL questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation; if no questions are received, no amendment will be posted. Questions received after this deadline will not be accepted. QUOTES ARE DUE DEC 30, 2025, AT 1100 CENTRAL TIME. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov.
