Remove and replace one deteriorated heavy metal single exterior doors, frame and hardware; paint and caulk doors, and frames; and remove existing alarm components and reinstall on door and frame. (Base Bid) At the maintenance building, remove and replace one set of rusted and deteriorated heavy metal door, frame with transom above, and hardware; and paint and caulk doors, and frames. (Additive #1) At the feed preparation building, remove and replace one set of rusted and deteriorated heavy metal double exterior doors, frame with transom window above, and hardware; and paint and caulk doors, and frames. (Additive #2) The selected vendor shall also perform all other tasks and conditions as indicated in the attached SOW.
