A site visit is scheduled on Tuesday February 11, 2025, at 0900 local time. To participate, the vendor shall email the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov no later than February 7, 2025, at 1500 PST. The Government may cancel the scheduled visit if no email requests are submitted. Questions will not be answered during the site visit. Questions related to this solicitation are due by Thursday February 13, 2025, at 11:00AM PST. ALL questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation; if no questions are received, no amendment will be posted. Questions received after this deadline will not be accepted. QUOTES ARE DUE FEB 25, 2025, AT 1100 PACIFIC TIME. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov.
