The 5,300-square-foot Maintenance Shop located at Windom Wetland Management District (WMD), built in 2007, currently has wind damage to its Butler steel roof. Approximately 3 steel roof panels, ridge cap, gutter apron, trim, and other miscellaneous visible and non-visible structures on and underneath roof are damaged in the NW section of the roof. The existing damaged roof panels and trim have been temporarily screwed down to keep from sustaining more damage and leaking. The work to be performed requires that the contractor provides all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and supplies for removal of the existing damaged section of the steel roof including but not limited to panels, ridge cap, gutter apron, trim, and any structural damage underneath the roof including but not limited to trim, metal, boards, etc., and install and color match with current brand name Butler or approved equal that will satisfy the Government¿s needs on the Maintenance building at the Windom WMD. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Site Visit.
