Provide a pre-cast concrete water control structure to include, flash boards, 65' HDPE outlet pipe and all necessary hardware/connections. USFWS staff will install the structure upon component delivery in the Summer of 2023. The structure will provide water elevation control of the Seeley Impoundment at Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge in Baring, ME. The roadway crossing for which the structure will be placed under is intended for heavy truck truck traffic and will need to meet the HL-93 Load Rating requirements.
