This is a firm fixed-price construction project to completely replace a bunkhouse roof with a specified metal roof at the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge in Florida. It is a 100% small business set-aside for roofing contractors, and the award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. A site visit is highly recommended and can be scheduled for specific dates in April 2026. Prime contractors must submit a copy of their relevant Florida contractor license with their proposal.
