The due date is extended to Thursday, January 9, 2025. In addition to pricing, any package not including the following will NOT be considered for award: Technical Proposal: 1. Recommended Solution: Provide your plan for placement of the duct work and heat pump system. a. Include a rough pencil sketch of the ducting header configuration. 2. Product and Warranty Information: Include product and warranty information about the heat pump. a. Please include power supply requirement, number, and size of the HVAC unit proposed (make/model). Provide annual operational projected cost, air handling and internal configuration information. b. Provide warranty information. 3. Timeline: Provide an anticipated completion schedule with start and end dates.
