TX-SAN MARCOS AQUATIC RESOURCES CENTER-ROOF REPAIR The US Fish and Wildlife Service, San Marcos Aquatic Resource Center, located southeast of Austin, Texas, has a shop/office building, approximately 32 feet wide by 105 feet long, that requires roof leaks assessment and repair. The existing roof is a metal standing seam roof system. All work described in the Statement of Work is to assess and repair the existing roof. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of the FWS contract and the attached documents. Per the requirements of FAR 36.204, the project range is estimated to be less than $25,000.00. This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered. Offers received from concerns that are not Small Business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Award selection will be made on a Best Value basis after consideration of price and factors other than price (Technical and Past Performance) as listed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Solicitation. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to conduct a site visit, per FAR 36.523. A site visit can be scheduled by following the instructions in Section L.
