This would have been amendment 3 to RFP 140FC124R0045. Due to system limitations, a new RFP/RFQ has been created. The SOW was refined for clarity, dropping off some unnecessary options and providing better information about the other options. The Terms and Conditions, Questions and Answers attachment and Bid Schedule have also been updated to reflect the changes.
