Requirement: Construction of a new 9000sqft HQ building with visitor center for Huron Wetlands Management District. Seeking subcontractors interested in being included in an interested subcontractors list. The subject requirement will solicited under the USFWS Alteration Repair IDIQ and not be available to the general public. That being said, interested subcontractors are to email the Contract Specialist Caleb Kindsvater at Caleb_Kindsvater@fws.gov. The title Must state "Huron WMD Complex Interested Sub-contractor" and include company name, Point of contact with email and phone number. A list will be provided to the IDIQ contract holders upon listing. The work includes but is not limited to: Earthwork, site utilities, exterior concrete flatwork, concrete foundations and floor slabs, structural insulated panel walls with siding, shop-fabricated wood truss roof, doors and windows, interior framed partitions and finishes, plumbing, HVAC system, and electrical power and lighting systems.
