The government seeks a firm-fixed-price quote for the attached specifications and will award on a lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Evaluation factors are technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Technical acceptability is pass/fail and requires compliance with all mandatory requirements in the solicitation and requirements document. Past performance is pass/fail and is acceptable only if the offeror shows satisfactory performance on similar contracts and no terminations for cause or default within the past three years. Award will be made to the lowest-priced offeror whose quote is technically acceptable and whose past performance is acceptable.
