This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge in Wakulla County, Florida has a service requirement for Wiregrass seed at 10 pounds/acre over 178 acres = 1,780 pounds of seed. St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge is located at 6295 Coastal Hwy, Crawfordville, FL 32327. The refuge will be providing site visit information, however attending the site visit is not required but is strongly recommended. The anticipated performance period is from December 1, 2025, thru January 31, 2026. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The NAICS code is 115112 - Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating and the small business size standard is $9.5m. The product and service code (PSC) is 8730 - Seeds and Nursery Stock.
