This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Fergus Falls and Morris WMD, in Minnesota, has a requirement for one walk in seed coolers to be delivered to each location per the specifications in the SOW. The anticipated required delivery date is 11/1/2024. This solicitation supersedes the previous solicitation of 140F1B24Q0020. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The NAICS code is 333415 and the small business size standard is 1,250 in employees. Instructions All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is Lowest Price technically acceptable. The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote meeting the technical acceptability requirement, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Technical Acceptability: 1. Quotes will be evaluated if the equipment specifications perform and most closely match to those outlined in the specifications following. 2. Overall price with freight costs Please submit your quotation (showing unit and total price) on company letterhead or the enclosed pricing form with SAM.gov UEI Code and point of contact phone number and e-mail address.
