The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) requires a contractor/awardee to design, fabricate and ship exterior signs to multiple National Wildlife Refuges (NWR), Fish Hatcheries, and FWS locations. The requirement is to provide approximately 960 signs with phased deliveries not-to-exceed 16 months after contract award. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, material, supplies, and equipment; however, contractor installation at locations is excluded from the scope of work.
