This is a reissue for 223,000 units of 12mm Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) Tags. The manufacturer must provide independent lab test results showing compliance with the Columbia River Basin standard tag specifications. Vendors must submit a testing plan and third-party testing service credentials with their quote. Vendors who have provided non-compliant PIT tags in the past 5 years may be removed from consideration. The tags must come in bulk trays of 100 units that allow direct reloading of the injector tool without individual unwrapping.
