This is a Solicitation for A-2-4 Selective Fill material as defined by the AASHTO Soil Classification System for Vieques National Wildlife Refuge, Puerto Rico. This will include transit to barge location, barging to the island of Vieques, and then hauling by means of dump truck from the port to the outlined stockpile locations (various) (18.11585, -65.41898) at Vieques National Wildlife Refuge. See attached SOW and solicitation packet instructions for maps and details on what to provide.
