This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for 6,500 tons of Georgia Department of Transportation standard General Aggregate Base (GAB) with fines, 3,200 tons of #57 stone, and 80 tons of GDOT type 3 riprap with delivery to Piedmont National Wildlife Refuge, GA. NOTE: Material delivery will be done in two phases: 1) Phase one, Delivery and tailgate spread of #57 stone, government will perform all roadway rehabilitation utilizing delivered materials. #57 stone is to be spread to a 3-4" depth. Supply of #57 stone is to meet a minimum of 30 loads per day. 2) Phase two, Delivery and tailgate spread of GAB, government will perform all roadway rehabilitation utilizing delivered materials. GAB is to be spread to a 5-6" depth. Supply of GAB is to meet a minimum of 30 loads per day. See attached SOW in solicitation packet. Vendors are asked to provide: 1. Pricing 2. Confirmation of delivery dates or indicate alternate dates for consideration (after deer season) 3.
