This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for maintenance on the Motor Vessel Spencer F. Baird. The work includes dry docking the vessel, cleaning the hull, modifications, and repairs. The period of performance will be for one year. The Government anticipates awarding one single award from this requirement. This contract will be fixed price. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quote (RFP) Number 140F0S24R0014. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04. This requirement is set aside for small business.
