This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge, Fallon, Nevada has a requirement for approximately 16,000 ton of Type 2 Class base course material. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will be 3/8/2024-7/8/24. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 140F0S24Q0014. Deliveries will be FBO Entire length of Nutgrass Road on the Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge, Fallon NV 89406 at the locations specified in the Statement of Work (Attachment A). This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-01. This requirement is set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 212319, Petroleum Refineries with a business size standard of 500 employees.
