This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Office of Law Enforcement, Falls Church, Virginia has a requirement for Intelligence Operation Services. The contractor shall assist the Service in expanding efforts to pursue complex investigations by coordinating investigations and operations that cross international boundaries. This posting will be referred to under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 140F0S23R0001.
