ORGANIC LAB ANALYSIS-5 YEAR BPA This synopsis is hereby issued for Organic Lab Support Services, Technical Science - Analytical Services in Support of the Fish and Wildlife Service, analytical capability to perform organic analyses specifically Organochlorine pesticides, Aromatics, Aliphatics and PCB analyses, as well as other organic analyses, in soil, sediment, animal or plant tissues, and water. This is NOT a request for proposals (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation to Bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to request industry comments for 140F0S23Q0008 for a Nation Wide 5 year Organic Lab BPA. The proposed contracting action will be a Multiple Award BPA in support of Nation Wide requirements for analytical capability to perform organic analyses specifically Organochlorine pesticides, Aromatics, Aliphatics and PCB analyses, as well as other organic analyses, in soil, sediment, animal or plant tissues, and water.
