The dealer is United Ag and Turf in Newport, Vermont. This tractor is no longer being manufactured by John Deere and the vendor has agreed to deliver 3 tractors to the Umbagog NWR in NH. The NAICS code is 333111, Farm Machinery and Equipment manufacturing. The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b). This is not a solicitation; however, firms with expressed interest, capability and expertise required may respond. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
