The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for this solicitation to: August 5, 2022 and to answer questions received. 2. Question: The solicitation states that the metal reinforcements will not be removed from the concrete, but also states that it will be clean concrete being disposed of. Will the concrete be broken down and the metal reinforcements removed? 2a. No, the metal will not be removed from any concrete hauled off the site. The material will be ¿clean¿ meaning that it will not include dirt, construction debris, or other items. The industry standard is clean concrete includes metal reinforcement. 3. All other terms and conditions remain the same. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide dumpsters to aid in the disposal of demolition debris from a single structure at the address listed above. The dumpsters will be provided for two different types of material (if needed), to be separated by refuge staff. The two types of material are concrete (metal reinforcement not removed i.e., clean concrete) and general demolition debris. The structures have been tested and no known hazardous materials were located.
