This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Merritt Island NWR has a requirement for Rental and Cleaning Service of Portable Toilets. The anticipated required delivery date is 01 June 2022. Please include with your quote an estimated delivery date. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Total Small Business Set Aside and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The NAICS code is 562991 and the small business size standard is $8.0 size standard in millions of dollars. Instructions All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), see technical acceptability requirement below. The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote, meeting the technical acceptability requirement, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Technical Acceptability: Any quote must conform to the Salient Characteristics and all other aspects of the requirements document. Delivery is FOB destination.
