This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140F0922Q0005. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #2019-01, effective Dec 20, 2018. This requirement has no set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 511120, Periodical Publishers 1,000. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes for access to services in the form of online subscription access to a collection of scientific, peer reviewed journals published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc, see attached SOW for specifications. The basis for award is lowest price technically acceptable. Organization to be supported: FWS NCTC 698 Conservation Way, Shepherdstown WV, 25443 Quotes are due by 5:00PM EST 01/31/2022 and are to be submitted via email to Lorenzo_aragon@fws.gov. Offers received after this date and time will be considered nonresponsive in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
