The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Kenai National Wildlife Refuge is seeking the renovation and replacement at an existing headquarters lab located at the Kenai NWR Headquarters in Soldotna, AK, located in the Kenai Peninsula Borough. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15 selection procedures. The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about August 2, 2021. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 236220 ¿ Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39.50 million. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by May 01, 2023.
