This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, has a requirement for the construction of a Visitor Center Addition at Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge, Marion, IL (Williamson County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and award will be evaluated on a Best Value - Tradeoff basis. The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about July 1, 2021. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, https://sam.gov/ and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 236220 ¿ Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. The project magnitude will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 13 months. Bonding Requirements: 20% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond
