This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, has a requirement for the design and construction of a new Maintenance Facility and Admin BLDG at Attwater Prairie Chicken National Wildlife Refuge, Eagle Lake, TX (Colorado County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and award will be evaluated on a Best Value - Tradeoff basis. The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about July 1, 2021. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 236220 ¿ Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. The project magnitude will be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 15 months. Bonding Requirements: 20% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond
