A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-09, effective October 26, 2020. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes to purchase 2 ATVs and 1 UTV with the following specifications: Requirement #1: Qty of (2) ¿ 2021 Honda Fourtrax Rubicon 4X4 DCT/EPS (OR EQUAL) (Color: Red) Requirement #2: Qty of (1) ¿ 2021 Honda Pioneer 700 UTV (OR EQUAL) (Color: Olive) w/the following accessories installed: - Glass windshield - Rear cab net - Rear bumper winch (minimum size for this machine) - Hard roof - HMWPE underbody skid plate (short) - Front/rear tires upgrade; QBT 846 27x11R-12.8 PR QB - Lift kit that will provides 12.7¿ ground clearance w/ the upgraded tires - Arm guard, FR - A-arm guards * Vendor shall provide price of each machine separately on their quote, to include all accessories/labor costs (if applicable) and shipping * Vendor shall quote cost of cumulative shipping for all 3 machines FOB destination to: US Fish and Wildlife Service 60 Nowelo St., Ste 100 Hilo, HI 96720 * Vendor shall provide on quote if machines are in-stock or on backorder; if on backorder, provide anticipated delivery date to Hilo, HI * Vendor shall contact the program¿s point of contact (to be provided upon contract award) no later than 3 days prior to delivery to arrange a specific time for delivery. * Unloading the product is the sole responsibility of the delivery carrier.
