The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) - located at 1011 E Tudor Rd, Anchorage, Alaska 99503 intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm-fixed price contract to abate the building hazardous materials and demolish eleven buildings on a 45 acre parcel of land referred to as Bethel BIA Site located at Bethel, AK 99559. The NAICS code is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors and the small business size standard is $16.5M. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-5. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 04/30/2020, with an anticipated proposal due date approximately 30 days after.
