This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140F0719Q0045. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-04, effective August 7, 2019. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 336614, Travel Trailer and Camper Manufacturing and the business size standard is 1,000 Employees. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes to purchase a toy hauler trailer with the following specifications: - 2019 Cargo Mate Snow Bird Toy Hauler (OR EQUAL) - 23' x 8.6' Enclosed ¿TOY¿ Hauler Trailer with tandem 5,200# braking axles. - 84" rear door opening for loading. - Cable-assisted ramps in the both the front v-nose and rear (reinforced) of the trailer. - The front wedge of the trailer should be 5' long, the ramp entrance is larger for those bigger ATVs, Snowmachines or UTVs. - A lockable fuel door positioned alongside the trailer. - Fold-down stabilizer jacks. - A spare tire is mounted to the interior wall. - Trailer should have a durable coated tongue and undercarriage to protect from road salt and other debris. - Price shall include delivery to Fairbanks, AK 99701 Must provide sufficient data to determine technical equivalency.
