Answers to Questions received. 1) Is it The Service¿s preference that the Kickoff Meeting be in person or telephone/virtual? In person kick-off meeting 2) How many interviews are you hoping for in September & October? We are currently estimating for 15 (3 staffers from each of 5 facilities, 4 field offices and the regional office) but we can go up or down on that. 12-15 interviews is probably a fair estimate 3) Are there (or will there be) any FWS agency wide communications efforts regarding the 150th anniversary of FWS Fisheries? Should the visual/tagline options generated for this Alaskan effort match/complement those communications? If so, when will the vendor be able to see the greater FWS messaging? There is not a comprehensive, nationwide external communications campaign for this anniversary so the visual/taglines do not have to complement any national campaign; we would like them to complement/further our Alaska Region niche and other communication priorities and we can share these efforts immediately during the kick-off. 4) If there are multiple alternatives for a line item on the budget, is The Service willing to consider alternatives ( for instance a face-to-face kickoff meeting vs. a virtual kickoff meeting) or is the applicant required to select an alternative and calculate a single defined budget for the proposal? Alternatives will be evaluated and considered using ¿best value to the government¿
