ABANDONMENT AND CLOSURE OF WATER WELLS: Work includes the proper sealing, plugging, and abandonment (e.g. closure) of two electric, potable water wells located on Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge (NWR), Crossett, Arkansas. Estimates must include all labor, fees, materials, transportation, documentation, etc. associated with this project. Additionally, all work shall be performed by a licensed water well driller, and in accordance with the most current regulations associated with proper well abandonment and identified by the Arkansas Water Well Construction Commission.
