The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than full and Open Competition procedures to Open Range Consulting, located in Park City, UT. This requirement is to make multiple vegetation cover and riparian assessments that can be used in reporting, communicating, and adapting land management strategies on the different refuges. The three immediate objectives of this project are; Assess baseline upland vegetation cover at ~1m resolution; Delineate areas of accumulation/wet meadow habitat within the uplands; Map the extents of multiple landcover type within the wet meadow/riparian areas. This baseline data can then be incorporated into the long-term goal of assessing management action over time. Open Range Consulting The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541360.
